The Winnipeg 2016 Biennial Convention will consider resolutions that have been submitted by grassroots Liberal supporters from across Canada, and moved by Commissions, Provincial/Territorial Associations, or other member associations or boards of the Party.
These positions are available for elections at the Winnipeg 2016 - Liberal Biennial Convention. If you intend to stand for election, you must read Party Bylaw 5 and submit the necessary documents no later than April 21, 2016.
